SECCIÓN 12 - USOS PROHIBIDOS
Además de otras prohibiciones establecidas en los Términos de Servicio, se prohíbe el uso del sitio o su contenido: (a) para cualquier propósito ilegal; (b) para solicitar a otros que realicen o participen en actos ilegales; (c) para violar regulaciones, reglas, leyes o ordenanzas internacionales, federales, provinciales o estatales; (d) para infringir o violar nuestros derechos de propiedad intelectual o los derechos de propiedad intelectual de otros; (e) para acosar, abusar, insultar, dañar, difamar, calumniar, menospreciar, intimidar o discriminar por motivos de género, orientación sexual, religión, etnia, raza, edad, origen nacional o discapacidad; (f) para enviar información falsa o engañosa; (g) para cargar o transmitir virus o cualquier otro tipo de código malicioso que se utilizará o pueda utilizarse de cualquier manera que afecte la funcionalidad o el funcionamiento del Servicio o de cualquier sitio web relacionado, otros sitios web o Internet; (h) para recopilar o rastrear la información personal de otros; (i) para enviar spam, hacer phishing, farmacéutica, pretexto, rastrear, arrastrar o raspar; (j) para cualquier propósito obsceno o inmoral; o (k) para interferir o eludir las características de seguridad del Servicio o de cualquier sitio web relacionado, otros sitios web o Internet. Nos reservamos el derecho de terminar su uso del Servicio o de cualquier sitio web relacionado por violar cualquiera de los usos prohibidos.
SECCIÓN 13 - RENUNCIA DE GARANTÍAS; LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
No garantizamos, representamos ni aseguramos que su uso de nuestro Servicio será ininterrumpido, oportuno, seguro o libre de errores.

En ningún caso Athletic Star, nuestros directores, funcionarios, empleados, afiliados, agentes, contratistas, pasantes, proveedores, proveedores de Servicios o licenciantes serán responsables de ningún daño, pérdida, reclamo o cualquier daño directo, indirecto, incidental, punitivo, especial o consecuente de cualquier tipo, incluidos, sin limitación, beneficios perdidos, ingresos perdidos, ahorros perdidos, pérdida de datos, costos de reemplazo, o cualquier daño similar, ya sea basado en contrato, agravio (incluida la negligencia), responsabilidad objetiva o de otro tipo, que surja de su uso de cualquiera de los Servicios o de cualquier producto obtenido mediante el Servicio, o por cualquier otro reclamo relacionado de cualquier manera con su uso del Servicio o de cualquier producto, incluidos, pero no limitándose a, cualquier error u omisión en cualquier contenido, o cualquier pérdida o daño de cualquier tipo incurrido como resultado del uso del Servicio o de cualquier contenido (o producto) publicado, transmitido o puesto a disposición de otra manera a través del Servicio, incluso si se le advierte de su posibilidad. Dado que algunos estados o jurisdicciones no permiten la exclusión o limitación de responsabilidad por daños consecuentes o incidentales, en tales estados o jurisdicciones, nuestra responsabilidad se limitará al máximo permitido por la ley.
SECCIÓN 14 - INDEMNIZACIÓN
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne a Athletic Star y a nuestra empresa matriz, subsidiarias, afiliados, socios, funcionarios, directores, agentes, contratistas, licenciantes, proveedores de Servicios, subcontratistas, proveedores, pasantes y empleados, de cualquier reclamo o demanda, incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados, realizados por cualquier tercero debido o que surja de su incumplimiento de estos Términos de Servicio o de los documentos que incorporan por referencia, o su violación de cualquier ley o de los derechos de un tercero.
SECCIÓN 15 - DIVISIBILIDAD
En caso de que cualquier disposición de estos Términos de Servicio se determine como ilegal, nula o inaplicable, dicha disposición será, sin embargo, aplicable en la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, y la parte inaplicable se considerará separada de estos Términos de Servicio; dicha determinación no afectará la validez y aplicabilidad de cualquier otra disposición restante.
SECCIÓN 16 - TERMINACIÓN
Las obligaciones y responsabilidades de las partes incurridas antes de la fecha de terminación sobrevivirán a la terminación de este acuerdo para todos los propósitos.

Estos Términos de Servicio y cualquier política o regla de funcionamiento publicada por nosotros en este sitio o en relación con el Servicio constituyen el acuerdo y entendimiento completo entre usted y nosotros y rigen su uso del Servicio, reemplazando cualquier acuerdo, comunicación y propuesta anteriores o contemporáneas, ya sean orales o escritas, entre usted y nosotros (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, cualquier versión anterior de los Términos de Servicio).
Cualquier ambigüedad en la interpretación de estos Términos de Servicio no se interpretará en contra de la parte que los redactó.
